Faux painted master bedroom and bath also have sliders to lanai and pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The charming second bedroom has two twins. The sofa in the liviing room coverts to a queen bed. Other amenities include: central air, ceiling fans, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator with water and ice on door, laundry room with washer and dryer, two car garage, gas barbeque grill, all linens, three televisions, Cable TV, DVD/VCR, CD player with surround sound.
Foxfire is a gated community with twenty-seven holes of excellent golf, a driving range, putting and practice greens, Har-tru tennis courts and a lovely new clubhouse with a fitness center, restaurant and grill room. Wireless internet is available in the clubhouse library. There is a $150 transfer fee for golf and country club privledges.
Naples is a beautiful city and Foxfire is very close to the best it has to offer. Fish from the Naples Pier, take a charter out into the Gulf, see a show at the Sugden Theater, enjoy street entertainers on Fifth Avenue or Third Street. It's a ten minute ride to Old Naples with its many great restaurants and just a minute or two more to our beautiful Gulf beaches.

Verbal reservations held for ten days by which time the signed rental agreement and $500 down payment/security deposit should be returned to owner. Balance of contracted amount (including taxes and exit cleaning fee) must be paid 60 days prior to renters' arrival. Cancellations received in writing at least 60 days prior to renters' scheduled arrival will be refunded (less a $100 service fee). Cancellations received less than 60 days prior will be refunded (less a $100 service fee) only to the extent that the property has been rerented for the same time period with. Rent includes local telephone (long distance blocked) and electricity except for heating pool. Pool will be heating by request for a fee.
