The living room is sure to be a favorite room in the house, with overstuffed couches, cozy throws, and a full entertainment center – including DVD player and big screen TV – lies hidden behind the enclosed armoire.  
 
This modern kitchen is a cook's delight featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is even a pass-through for food served on the spacious pool deck and lanai. 
 
If you are dining in, you have three areas to choose from...formal dining room seating six, an informal dining table seating four or the kitchen breakfast bar seating three. 
 
The master suite is a private retreat for the couple of the house. Housing a king size bed, the room is warm and inviting a restful sleep from the activities of the day. The adjacent master bath has a double vanity with granite countertops and a magnificent marbled shower. 
 
The master guest room features a queen size bed with dual nightstands and a large chest of drawers. There is a guest walk-in closet and lots of hanging space and storage. The master guest bath houses a tub/shower combination with marlbled walls in the tub surround. 
 
he smallest of the guest bedrooms has a queen sized bed and two nightstands. There is a large hanging closet for plenty of clothes. The bath has a double sink surrounded by granite countertops and the tub/shower combination has marbled walls. 
 
Sure to be the most frequented area, the spacious lanai and pool area is completely caged making it ideal for entertaining. Should inclimate weather arise, you are protected by the large over-hang made of solid planked cypress wood. Relax poolside and enjoy a barbeque or use the kitchen pass-through for your dining pleasure. 
 
The home has three garages. A spacious two-car garage is at the front of the property and entering on 7th Avenue N. There is also a single car garage, that could house a boat as well, with a side entrance from 7th Street. There is enough outside parking for six cars.

50% Deposit required at the time of booking, balance 30 days prior to arrival plus Refundable $500 Security Deposit Personal checks, Visa and Mastercard are happily accepted. Cancellations more than 90 days prior to date of arrival, there is a fee of $100 and 100% of the deposit will be returned. For cancellations, 90 to 31 days prior to date of arrival, there is a fee of $200 and 70% of the deposit will be returned. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations less than 30 days prior to date of arrival.
