You will love our two bedroom/2 bath second floor condo. We take pride in the fact that it is well maintained and our property manager is on-site. We try our best to provide everything you will need for a home away from home.  
Our location is steps away from the largest pool in Southwest Florida. Clubhouse, tennis, bocce are also within close walking distance. Falling Waters is a tropical oasis, full of waterfalls, lakes, lush landscape, and towering palms.  
 
The condo living area is spacious and uncluttered. Vaulted ceilings throughout with ceiling fans. Front and rear lanais are private. Rear lanai is accessible from living room and bedroom, and faces west for spactacular sunsets.  
 
The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. All small and large appliances are provided as well as a seperate laundry room with iron & board.  
Master bedroom suite has a TV, walk-in closet and large master bath with double sinks. Guest bedroom and bath can be closed off with a pocket door for complete privacy.  
 
For your entertainment you will find 2 TVs, DVD, Radio/cd, telephone, and internet access lines.
