This newly remodeled condo offers spacious, congenial living. There’s not only great tennis (of course) but countless other fun activities at the resort or nearby. Or you can just relax … in the air conditioning, by the pool, or on your screened-in, private balcony overlooking the lake… in this exclusive gated community.

You can enjoy the new king-sized bed, 2 TV's, DVD/VCR, CD player, a very well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and new furnishings.

Visitors have always loved their stay with us. “A great bargain” has been mentioned more than once. “Fabulous tennis” is a common theme. “Beautiful tropical landscaping” is obvious. “Something for everybody” was a family’s observation. “A nugget in a sea of options.”

    We rent by the week, month or longer. The stated price is for a week. There are sometimes additional charges like a resort fee or one-time cleaning fee. Specials are often available if we are not rented. A refundable $200 security deposit is required. The reservation must be paid in full prior to visit and is only refundable if we can rent the property. Payments may be made by check, or Pay Pal.
