Second bedroom has two twin beds and second bath has full size tub and shower. 
 
There is both a formal dining area and an eating area off the kitchen or you can enjoy the screened in lanai anytime with the fabulous view which is particularly impressive at sunset. 
 
The smoke-free unit has a HD home theater system, is completely furnished from linens to towels to a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is provided including Wireless Internet access and unlimited long distance call to US and Canada. 
 
The beaches are only a 15 minute drive away or you may choose to relax at the private neighborhood pool only few steps away. 
 
Great restaurants are plentiful in the area. Nearby shopping includes the Brand new Coconut Mall in addition to the 175+ stores at the Miramar Outlets and the upscale Promenade. 
 
A minimal golf membership transfer fee gives you and another guest unlimited golf for a small fee. Golf carts are equipped with GPS. You will also have reciprocal golf privileges at other area courses from May to October.

We liked so much this golf community that we bought a condo the first time we rented. The complex is so pretty, clean and safe. Residents and staff are very friendly. The view from the lanai at sunset is simply breathtaking.
