Welcome to friendly Naples Paradise: Upscale gated Country Club-Championship Quality Golf Course Community-this rental home is in the premium "Island" location within the community- top floor(4th)-10 foot ceilings, spectacular view of Golf Course, Eagles and Alligators, lake below and nature preserve area. Local "Islander" 30 ft X 60 ft pool and pool house(fridge,microwave,A/C,pool restrooms)just 200 yards away. High end furnishings, completely equipped,custom granite in kitchen area.High end furnishings, completely equipped,modern appliances,washer/dryer conveniently off 2nd bedroom full bathroom. Convenient location in "unique" Naples- arguably the best year round weather in all of the US.
Amenities and charm of downtown Naples and surrounding area is world renown as the premium SW Florida location- where billionaires choose to live. Literally a half mile walk(or drive) from downtown Naples is the world class Gulf of Mexico beaches, high class surroundings in a very friendly, and extremely safe, tropical charm. Approximately 300 dining/restaurants to choose from.
Probably the best view in Cedar Hammock - overlooking the challenging #1 Handicap hole and lake below with the preserve across the fairway. Your top floor(4th)Lanai with eating area provides a peaceful view of turtles, eagles, alligators, plus golfers challenging the dreaded number 11 hole with trouble on both sides.
Your Cedar Hammock location is approximately 4 miles from downtown Naples and 13 miles from unique Marco Island.
Our Condo was furnished as our "home" and not a typical "rental" offering. The custom upgraded Granite/Stone kitchen shows this best. You will enjoy our furnishings and the spaciousness that our 10 ft ceilings provide, including the two walk in closets in the Master Bedroom. The second bedroom also has its own closet and full bathroom with washer and dryer off of it. The second bedroom and bathroom etc have a sliding privacy door that separates this whole area off from the rest of the condo for privacy. Also included is free phone long distance for calls to US and Canada so you can keep in touch with your families and friends still freezing up north.
Also available are the main pool facilities with Dolphin bar and hot tub. A fully equipped exercise/work out gym complex are also available for your use at the main clubhouse adjacent to the main pool area.
The "Islanders" are a unique group of folks enjoying many local social activities that you will quickly be a part of here.
Cedar Hammock Golf and CC is a high quality Championship Lewis/Azinger Signature Course" but has very "friendly" tees for the ladies. You will enjoy the excellent Club House facilities,Pro Shop, and the large pool/hot tub beside the outdoor poolside "Dolphin Bar". A fully equipped fitness center and four Har -Tru tennis courts are also available.

Facilities
Naples, and areas surrounding Naples have numerous and varied facilities from theater to air boat rides through the everglades to a zoo etc. The over 300 dining choices in Naples alone is overwhelming. Naples downtown often has out door entertainment- especially during winter season. Your home here is approx 4 miles from downtown and 13 miles from Marco Island. The famous Gulf of Mexico Beaches are hard to describe but are free and open to the public anytime in Naples. They are just a short 1/2 mile walk or drive from downtown. These wide white sandy beaches run for over 300 miles up the west coast. The large club pool has a hot tub and outside bar(Dolphin Bar)facilities. Marco island is just south of us and is a fun place to visit for luxury hotel beach hopping or quaint restaurants and boating. For additional info just Google Naples and enjoy the tour.

A $500 deposit plus $500 security deposit is required with the signed contract. The $500 deposit is applied to the balance owed and due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation prior to 60 days of arrival would cause loss of both deposits. The security deposit is returned either after a walk through prior to departure or mailed within one week of departure. Price includes all local taxes but not a cleaning fee of $100 or the required golf club membership transfer fee of $250. Payment methods can be PayPal, check, or bank wire transfers. We do not take credit cards for rental charges. the club takes credit cards or you just charge to your issued membership number and then you get special discounts on dining etc- then you can settle up with the club by credit card on leaving. Any clarification or negotiation/changes of these terms or pricing can be worked out prior to contract signing.

Naples is Paradise for Golfers and Diners
We have rented this large upscale furnished condo since 2001.
We furnished it to our taste, as we intended to permanently retire here full time. We now have done so, but are living in slightly larger unit in the same golf club community just 250 meters away.
This means we are nearby to give our guests extra assistance or help in any way.
We checked out Naples prior to purchasing here and found this to be the best place for us due to the quality of the golf course, its excellent financial condition, friendly membership, and Naples location. Perfect to enjoy all the amenities that Naples offers including one of the best ocean beaches in the world, right on the Gulf of Mexico.
Christine and I are originally from Canada and have relatives in the UK that often come for visits. Most of our renters are repeats and come back here every year. We have two couples from England that come back every year for the month of November.
This area is hard to describe in terms of its year round excellent
weather and great safe atmosphere and night life. See you soon!!
