Both my Naples and Bonita Springs homes are, beautifully decorated, clean, well maintained, and are completely furnished for your comfort. All you should need is your toothbrush. Should you desire in-home internet service, you can activate internet service for an additional cost or use the local library's internet for free. Both homes come with expanded basic cable TV service for your viewing pleasure.

Again, both properties are extremely well maintained and kept very clean. Sorry, No smoking in the home and No pets. You will love either home!

    Half of rent due at time of booking for your vacation stay and the remainder half rental payment due 45 days before check in. Accepted payment methods are cashier's checks, personal checks, and also credit cards. Cancellation policy: If you cancel your vacation stay, you may transfer (or sell) your vacation stay dates to another person provided the person passes a successful background check upon completing a new application ($100 US Dollars). 75% cancellation refund if you cancel 90 days prior to the first day of your vacation rental stay.
