Vacation Rental Description: We are offering our gorgeous and spacious fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1377 square foot condominium located on the 6th floor of a 7 story building (with elevators) with sunrise/sunset views, in the private, gated Naples community of Bay Forest.
Located west of US41/Tamiami and just west of Vanderbilt Drive, between Bonita Beach Road and Wiggins Pass Road in north Naples.
You will be minutes away from the best beaches, golf, shopping, and dining that Naples has to offer.
Decorated in neutral wall and carpet colors with new furniture, wall, and accessory accents for the comfort of the owner and guests.
The master suite has a view of the mangrove forest and a gorgeous ribbon view of the Gulf of Mexico, premium king-size bed, wall-mounted tv with remote control, lounge chair with ottoman, mirrored double vanity area with make-up lighting and sink, a walk-in closet, and a separate toilet area with oval Roman tub/shower.
The guest bedroom has new premium twin beds and a large closet with bi-fold doors. An adjacent guest bath includes a full-size tub with shower.
The condo also has a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and laundry sink.
The kitchen includes refrigerator-freezer with ice-maker, range, and oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee grinder and coffee maker, blender, juice extractor, indoor grill, dishwasher, and disposal. The breakfast area seats four and enjoys a beautiful view of the eastern horizon sunrise.
The screened lanai with ceiling fan and lighting is adjacent to the living room through sliding glass doors. Four chairs, a cocktailtable, two lounge chairs with ottomans, and utility table provide the comfort to view magnificent sunsets, the mangrove preserve, Little Hickory Island, and ribbon view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, two swivel rockerchairs, a wall unit with stereo and tv, two end tables, a lounge chair with ottoman, a desk with desk chair, computer with high speed internet access, printer, and fax machine. The dining area has four chairs and a table.
Sunsets from the western views of the screened Lanai, Living Room, and Master Bedroom are Spectacular.
The crystal blue water of the heated pool area is steps away from the building. Lounge chairs, BBQ area, bathrooms, and refrigerated water fountain are provided.

“Your condo was a nice place for a couple of old Vikings to pass the month of January. The Bay Forest development is a very friendly and well organized place. Dave found the tennis group to be very friendly, and he enjoyed playing 2-3 times a week. We both enjoyed the water aerobics.
