Enjoy a home away from home in this well manicured, friendly gated community. The main attraction at Falling Waters Beach Resort is the Lazy River Pool in the center of the community. The heated pool is 600 ft. long and 3 1/2 feet deep and has a gentle current to carry you under bridges and around corners on your noodles or rafts. The community also has an active clubhouse, tennis, bocce and shuffleboard and a separate lap pool. Numerous Golf courses are within 10 minutes and Lely Resort is just across the street. Naples and Marco Beaches are a 15 minute drive and beach supplies including cooler, chairs and umbrellas are provided for guests. The 2/2 condo is 2nd floor and is well equipped with a full size laundry room, eat in kitchen, high ceilings and large lanai with lake view. Interior sq ft. is 1351 with the lanai having an outdoor kitchen with grill and being 11 ft X 25 ft. The master bedroom has a king size bed with walk in closet and two sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms hav TV AND DVD. Living room has TV, DVD AND STEREO and a queen sofa bed. The unit has beach towels, extra sheets and plenty of bath towels. The owner lives 15 minutes away if any difficulties arise, help is near by.
The condo is about 8 years old and furnishings are 4 years old. Ceiling fans are located through out the unit. Smoking is welcome only on the lanai. Internet access is dial up or tap into neighbors router with your laptop.
