The master suite has a king size bed, a huge walk-in closet, the bath has a double vanity with commode and shower in a separate room. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds and large closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfest nook with bay window. The great room, consisting of dining area and living area with queen size convertible sofa, is very large and has a lanai that overlooks the lake. The lanai has patio furniture and smoking is permitted on the lanai ONLY. The laundry room is also very spacious and fully equipped. Dial-up internet access is provided (local calls only). Pet friendly. Very close to clubhouse and pool.

In case of cancellation, the deposit is not returned unless we get someone else to rent the canceled month. Minimum rental is one month.
