Three bedroom elegantly furnished 1st floor condo is located on the 14th fairway of The Flamingo Island Golf Course in beautiful Lely Golf Resort. Lely Golf Resort is home of The Flamingo Island and Mustang courses, voted "Among Naples' Best" by Golf Magazine.

The Flamingo Island Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones and the Mustang Course, designed by Lee Trevino offer a challenge to any golfer. Fabulous Golf, plus the Players' Club and Spa, make Lely a great vacation destination.

Our condo is beautifully decorated and has a lovely unobstructed view of the fairway and green. Our master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and private bath. The twin bedroom has two twin beds and is adjacent the second bath. The private den has a sofa-sleeper, armoire and desk and doubles as another bedroom. We have in-unit washer/dryer, fully-applianced eat-in kitchen, dining room and living room with entertainment center with TV/DVD and surround sound. The screened lanai with patio furniture overlooks the fairway and green. We are located about 100 yards from a shared pool and jacuzzi and about 1 mile to the Players' Club and Spa and 1/2 mile to Ole' Village with shops, restaurant and theatre.

A Players' Club and Spa guest pass is included with weekly rentals. The Players' Club offers resort-style pools, lap pool, tot pools and play areas, poolside dining, fitness center, complete spa facilities, billiard room, computer lab (6 computers free for member use), tennis, planned activities and more.

Located at routes 951 & 41, just minutes from the Marco Island beaches, Naples beaches, Tin City and the 5th Avenue Nightlife. No need to drive all over town to shop.
