A security deposit is required($500-$1,100)with an addt'l deposit for any pets + a $150 exit/cleaning fee. ~~ MONTHLY: NOV-DEC-JAN-FEB-MARCH-APRIL $3,000 EACH or $2,500 for any 3 or more consecutive Months in season. ~~ MAY THRU DEC (Min 6 Months)$1,100 a Month ~~ OCT $2,500 SUMMER MONTHS: MAY-SEPT $800 A WEEK Included in the prices are the 10% taxes, water, sewer & use of the common areas of the complex. In addt'n is: electric/cable/internet/app fee of $75/exit cleaning fee of $150 & security deposit. To book in advance, a 10% deposit & signed contract is required, 6 mos from your arrival an addt'l 40% is required, 30 days from your arrival the balance is due. For long term summer rentals, 1st & last mos rent is required.
