Vacation Rental Description

This is the most accessible, luxurious, spacious vacation home on Matlacha Pass. Lower your boat and idle for less than 10 seconds until you reach the "go fast" zone. This is a 3 BR 2 full bath home w/ 2 car garage, heated pool, and all that is needed to get away from the cold and into the warm vacation mode. The kitchen is fuly stocked for you to prepare your days catch of world class saltwater fish. A canoe w/ 4hp outboard along with 5000 lb davits and a 10,000 lb boat lift is included with rental. The fee is $900 - $1200/week or $4300/month, + refundable deposit of $500. We also require a $100 cleaning fee for weekly rentals, optional for monthly. We do offer a 25' off-shore boat for additional rent, at owners discrestion. To enhance your stay on the island, we also offer a Sunset Cruise aboard the 25' vessel with music and atmoshpere to your liking, please call for details.
