fishing vacation.
Unlike most rental homes on Marco Island, this one is

It is blocks to a major Marco shopping center with excelent
restaurants, Publix, Dollar Store and a fine wine and liquior store.

Nestled around a preserved view that peeks through every window.
You can sit back on the hamock, and hear the sound of nature at its
very best , because you are on a corner of the jungle.
In your back yard you have your own path to the ocean just
walking 300 feet througth the beatiful mangroves. Then you will
find your own secret spot to get lost fishing.

Description :

Newly constructed in 2005-2006, this two thousand four hundred square feet are all wooden flooring, fully
furnished and tastefully decorated by the owner with her paintings and murals. Tita is a very reconogized
artist at the area.
The house serves as our residence when we are on the island.

Hugh master bedroom with king size bed, private large bathroom
with shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen
bed. The third bedroom has a full size futon. One large bathroom
with
tub separates the two bedrooms.

In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast on 2nd floor screened
lanai or have a relaxing afternoon on a large front porch.

The new oversized swimming pool has heater and 9 ft jacuzzi next to
the woods.

Relaxing evenings in front of a real fire place, chilling on a very
comfortable sectional sofa.

Outside shower in the woods !!!!

Gas barbecue grill

Large open kitchen fully equipped.

New washer / Dryer.

All linnens (including pool towels)

TV in the master bedroom and family room.

Wireless Internet access, Cable, VCR, DVD, and CD Player.

Ceiling fans in all rooms.

Central air conitioner and heater.

Requirements & Conditions:

Available monthly or weekly.

Weekly rental periods start on Saturday.

Check in time is 3:00 pm on day of arrival.
Check out time is 10:00 am on day of departure.

No pets allowed.
Absolutlly No Smoking inside the house.

Checks, Credit Card, Paypal or money orders are accepted for payment. If you need to wire funds into our accounts please call for instructions and applicable charges. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your security deposit is not part of the rent. Long distance telephone calls must be charged to your calling card, local calls are toll free. Charges will be made on the security deposit for long distance telephone charges, damages to the premises, electric charges exceeding the limit, excessive cleaning or laundry, late departures will be charged one nights rental. Tenants agree to comply with all house rules and regulations. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the expenses, tenant agrees to pay the difference to the owner. The security deposit will be refunded approximately 15 days after your departure. Pets are not permitted and constitute a serious violation. A signed rental contract including a valid credit card will be requird
