This beautiful Floridian home is the ideal spot for a relaxing  
fishing vacation.  
Unlike most rental homes on Marco Island, this one is  
spectacular!!!!!! 
It is blocks to a major Marco shopping center with excelent  
restaurants, Publix, Dollar Store and a fine wine and liquior store. 
 
Nestled around a preserved view that peeks through every window.  
You can sit back on the hamock, and hear the sound of nature at its  
very best , because you are on a corner of the jungle. 
In your back yard you have your own path to the ocean just  
walking 300 feet througth the beatiful mangroves. Then you will  
find your own secret spot to get lost fishing.

Newly constructed in 2005-2006, this two thousand four hundred square feet are all wooden flooring, fully  
furnished and tastefully decorated by the owner with her paintings and murals.  
 
 
Hugh master bedroom with king size bed, private large bathroom  
with shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a king with one side windows !  
Third bedroom has a queen bed, TV and very private.  
The forth bedroom has two single beds. 
 
One large bathroom with tub separates the two bedrooms. 
 
In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast on 2nd floor screened lanai 
with open deck viewing to pool and the preserve. 
The Front of the house has a large front porch to watch the sunsets in the afternoon. 
 
The new oversized swimming pool has heater and 9 ft jacuzzi next to  
the preserves with NO neighbors. 
 
Relaxing evenings in front of a real fire place, chilling on a very  
comfortable sectional sofa. 
 
Outside shower in the woods with NO neighbors !!!!

    Our home is located in the prestigious area of MarcoIsland which lies approximately 15 minutes from Naples and 1.45 hrs drive to Miami. 
     
     
    Everglades National Park is in our back yard. 
     
    Orlando/Disney World is just 3 hrs by car, and Tampa about 2.5 hrs. 
     
    Golf courses within an easy drive and tennis is also close by.  
    Marco is known for its wide range of water sports. Short or long term 
    boat rentals can easily be through Marco River Marina or Cedar Bay Marina located on the island. Enjoy cruising around the 'Ten Thousand Islands' or up to Downtown Naples for lunch at the best Restaurants on fifth or third Av. 
     
    Breathtaking Tigertail Beach is two miles away and it has a cafe, 
    boardwalks through the mangroves, a large children's playground and a small boat and cabana rental stand.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your security deposit is not part of the rent. Long distance telephone calls must be charged to your calling card, local calls are toll free. Charges will be made on the security deposit for long distance telephone charges, damages to the premises, electric charges exceeding the limit, excessive cleaning or laundry, late departures will be charged one nights rental. Tenants agree to comply with all house rules and regulations. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the expenses, tenant agrees to pay the difference to the owner. The security deposit will be refunded approximately 15 days after your departure. Pets are not permitted and constitute a serious violation. A signed rental contract including a valid credit card will be requird
