The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the Master bedroom has a
king size bed, private bathroom with seating area and view to the
pool, second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has two
twin beds and a walking closet. Cable TV in each bedroom.
Two living rooms, one faces the pool and garden, dinning room sits 6
and a full kitchen. Cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, AM/FM radio and
computer with high speed internet access.
The lanai has a barbecue, table with chairs and lounge chairs to
enjoy and relax the outdoors. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided.
Washer and dryer and one car garage, located on a cul de sac street
with no traffic, walking distance to the beach, fines restaurants
and shops.

There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit to reserve the house.
Rental is due 30 days prior to the arrival. Security deposit is
refundable after home is checked for no damage or missing items.
Full refund of security deposit if cancel 30 days prior to the
reservation date.
