Our Marco Island florida vacation holiday waterfront home for rent is just 20 miles south of Naples and near the Everglades. Our home is a waterfront vacation/holiday villa with direct access to the Marco river and Gulf of Mexico. We are only a 5 minute drive from the white sand beaches and our rental home features a private heated pool and spa located in a large screened lanai with sunshine all day long. We have a southwestern view with wonderful sunsets. Our home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Sometimes you can see the endangered manatees swimming in our waterway and occasionally a dolphin. Our 175' waterfront and dock is the perfect Florida vacation spot for fishing and boating. Boat rentals are available at several marinas in the area.

It is truly our home. We live here from January through April and rent our home out the rest of the years. You will see it is not the ordinary "rental home".

Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have king-sized beds and the third has two twin beds. The large master bedroom has its own full bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the second full bath. We have a large fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities. All linens, bedding, beach towels, etc. are provided. Our home has four television sets on satellite TV with VKCR and DVD players. We have access to high speed internet. There are two bicycles available for your use. Within a mile or two are restaurants, grocery stores and shopping facilities. Marco Island has some of Florida's best weather, enjoying the warm gulf breezes and an average high temperature of 84 degrees.
