You’ll enjoy a delightful vacation in this newly remodeled two bedroom, one bath condominium. The kitchen opens to a light and airy living room and dining room with spectacular views of the Marco River and Marina. Relax the day away on the screened balcony.

The entire condo has been recently completely refurbished. The new state of the art kitchen is equipped with microwave, glass top convection stove and self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with icemaker; dishwasher and garbage disposal. The master bedroom, living room, dining room and patio have all new furnishings. There is new carpeting in both bedrooms and the rest of the unit has all new ceramic tile floors.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and VCR/DVD and opens out to the lanai. The 2nd bedroom/office has a desk, trundle bed and a TV,VCR. The living room has a queen sleep sofa, TV, VCR, DVD.

Also provide are: all linens, iron/ironing board, all utilities including cable TV with HBO, local phone calls and answering machine. Long distance and toll calls are not included.
