The Bedroom will have brand furniture {mattress & boxspring} featuring a King size Bed. The Master bath will feature a brand new walk in shower with decorative glass. Both the Bedroom and Living room feature a full wall of glass with a beautiful Island view. Sliding glass doors from the bedroom & living room lead out to a 20' covered open air balcony. Flat screen HD TV's will be provided in the bedroom and Living room. A queen size pull out sleeper sofa will be provided in the living room. Seating for 4 provided in the dinette area. Washer & dryer facilities are just steps away down the hall.
This Pristine building displays a newly remodeled first floor with an attractive lobby & social room. The large heated pool offers a new patio deck with a view of the beach.
Marco Island offers a superb year round climate which attracts visitors to it's Crescent white sand beach. The island is also known for it's diverse & specialty dining that would satisfy the most discriminating palate.

Maximum occupancy is 4.
Rates are subject to double occupancy.
A small premium will be charged for additional occupants.

A $75 application fee must be approved by the condo association 30 days in advance of rental.

A $500 security/excessive dirt deposit is required.
Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of unit inspection.

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. remaining balance (50%) plus security deposit is required not less than 45 days prior to the start of your vacation.

Cancellation: We will make every effort to rent your cancelled vacation time to another tennant. Upon receiving payment from a new tennant, that amount will be refunded.
Be advised that on short notice a lesser amount may be refunded in the interest of renting the unit rather that not.
