A $75 application fee must be approved by the condo association 30 days in advance of rental. A $500 security/excessive dirt deposit is required. Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of unit inspection. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. remaining balance (50%) plus security deposit is required not less than 45 days prior to the start of your vacation. Cancellation: We will make every effort to rent your cancelled vacation time to another tennant. Upon receiving payment from a new tennant, that amount will be refunded. Be advised that on short notice a lesser amount may be refunded in the interest of renting the unit rather that not.
