Come to Marco anytime of year and enjoy our Sun Fun Paradise. Marco Island is only one hour south of Ft. Myers or two hours west of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale.

The recently remodeled luxury accommodations include king size master bedroom and a new open Corian kitchen. We are located on the 15th floor overlooking the heated pool with a fabulous view down the sandy white crescent beach of beautiful Marco Island. 
The living room and both bedrooms face southwest and have access to a large private balcony offering great breathtaking Gulf and beach views. Walk out of the building onto the sand and enjoy the beautiful warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

    • What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is after 3:00PM. Check-out is before 10:00AM. Are there laundry facilities? There are laundry rooms centrally located on every floor. Each laundry room contains two US coin operated washers and dryers. Both apartments are near the laundry rooms. Is the pool heated? Yes, the pool is heated to a comfortable temperature. How far is the beach? The South Seas Club is directly on Marco Beach. The beach is accessed by a footbridge located by the pool. It is approximately 100 yards to the water’s edge from the footbridge. To the right of the condos, there is a public section of Marco Beach called Tigertail Beach. It is approximately 50 yards from the footbridge. South Seas Club renters have the option of using either section of the beach. How far are restaurants and shopping? Restaurants and shopping begin approximately a quarter of a mile from the entrance to the South Seas.
