Vacation Rental Description
Marco Island is a little piece of paradise on the southern gulf tip of Florida. This immaculate 16th floor unit at ADMIRALTY HOUSE fronts DIRECTLY onto the white, sandy beach. It faces west looking out onto the Gulf of Mexico (so you can watch the sun set every evening from the comfort of your own balcony). The private balcony is approximately 35 feet long providing mesmerizing views of the beach all the way from Cape Marco (on the South) to Tigertail (on the North). For your comfort, the balcony is furnished with a white wicker table and two wicker chairs; a brand new love seat and table; and a lounge chair with a cushion for simply relaxing or reading a book. 
 
The living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom all have brand new sliding glass doors that each open separately onto the balcony.  
 
The pool area has new lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. Or, if you prefer to enjoy time on the beach, it is only a few steps past the pool area. We have towels, coolers and other beach gear for you to use while you enjoy your day on the beach. 
 
Marco Island offers a full array of waterfront restaurants, fashionable shops, beach bars and ice cream parlors within walking distance. There are many activities including tennis (on property), water aerobics classes (on property) in the heated pool, scuba diving, jet-skiing, boating, fishing, kayaking and beautiful golf courses (just off the island). There are two large grocery stores, a Winn-Dixie and a Publix, and a health food store within 1 mile of the condo.

    Major car rental agencies in Florida allow rentals from one Florida airport to be dropped-off at another Florida airport with no drop charge. Renting a car in Miami with a drop in Fort Myers costs no more than the local rental fee.
