Discounts are available for consecutive multiple-week rentals. Higher rates apply for holidays and more than four persons in the unit. Upon reservation, an executed contract and security deposit will be required. Within 60 days of rental, 50% of the rental amount plus 10% state/county taxes will be required. The remaining 50% will be due within 30 days of arrival date. If reserved less than 60 days prior to arrival date, 100% will be due. The security deposit will be refunded after cleaning bill reflecting normal charges (paid by owners) has been received. Any additional charges would be deducted from the security deposit prior to return. Cancellation policies are outlined in the contract. We do not sell travel insurance but it is available on the internet.

"Paradise
We have been coming to Marco and staying at this condo every year, sometimes twice a year, for many years now. We feel it's home away from home and the owners make sure that we are comfortable. There is a fantastic view of the gulf and a great place to spend your time relaxing. Excellent restaurants nearby. We look forward to returning every year."

"Beautiful and Awesome vacation
We stayed in this condo the week before Christmas and were very pleasantly surprised by all the attention to detail and all the furnishings. It was very clean and yes it does have a million dollar view. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful and we were sad when we had to leave. The weather was a little cool in the mornings but warmed up nicely by noon. The heated pool was very nice and inviting. Our whole family enjoyed the vacation. It is a kids' paradise for collecting sea shells. We would love to come back and we will definitely stay in this condo again."

"Excellent Vacation
We stayed in this condo with our children, 13 and 15 years old. We all loved the location and the condo. This was our first time to Marco Island and this condo and we loved it. We definitely recommend this condo for anyone. It truly was as if it was our own, pleasantly stocked with almost everything you need to cook your own dinners if needed, as well as a cooler and boogie board for fun at the beach. The building staff were very nice. The pool area is nice, but honestly, we spent most of our time at the beach in the sun, collecting lots of shells in the morning, including sand dollars (Tiger Tail), starfish (usually near the Marriott), and many others. Took a Jet Ski ride with Capt Rons and loved it. Also took an airboat ride in the Everglades. What an awesome vacation! We didn't want to leave and want to come back. The owners are very nice to work with as well. Thank you for sharing your place with us!"

"PERFECT VACATION!!!
This was our 3rd year renting this condo and we just love it. The location is perfect, the view is awesome and the condo feels like home. the owners have put a lot of effort into providing everything you need for a great beach vacation and they have made sure it is always very clean (a definite priority). It's like staying in a friend's home. Can't wait to go back next year. Thanks Kevin & Cheri!!!"

"stayed here may 21-28,2011. had all the comforts of home, as well as all the chairs and umbrella needed for the beach. beds were great, tvs and washer and dryer worked like a charm. We have rented houses in Marco as well as other condos and this was by far the best experience yet. had a great time."
