Our 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath condo is located on the southern end (preferred by many) of the beautiful white-sand crescent beach. Marco is a seashell hunter's dream with its wonderful variety of shells. This 11th floor unit directly faces the beach and ocean with unobstructed views, providing panoramic views to the north and south, as well as the ocean to the west and spectacular sunset views (a great wedding backdrop!) The owners visit the condo several times during the year to update and maintain the unit, making certain everything you need for a perfect vacation is available. Our tropical decor will put you in a vacation state of mind and welcome you to "Our Cottage by the Sea" the moment you walk in the front door. From the balcony, you can enjoy your breakfast while watching dolphins (normally seen every day), or have a nice dinner backlit by the beautiful sunset. References are available from our numerous rental "families", many of whom leave their deposit from year to year and schedule the next year's vacation upon leaving. You will see evidence of this from our busy rental calendar so be sure to book your vacation early if you are limited to certain dates.

The living room and master bedroom are direct beachfront (not all units in this condo building have the master bedroom on the beach side). You will find cottage-style furniture, and tropical decorative touches throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed for your sleeping comfort. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a set that will combine them into a king bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The units are perfectly sized for four adults and although these units will sleep six, it will be crowded with the sofa bed opened up in the living room. The (remodeled) kitchen with dome lighting is fully stocked with cooking and dining necessities, including stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and blender (for those tropical drinks on the balcony). You will have two full bathrooms with designer tile, each having its own large shower. Pack lightly, as you will have a full-size front-loading washer and dryer to wash laundry. Three TV's with cable TV are located in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom. There are two DVD players and a CD player/stereo. We have wireless (and cable) internet access in our unit. The flooring is tile throughout so no need to worry about spills.

Our unit is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Condo will be cleaned prior to your arrival and upon your departure. You will only be responsible for additional charges assessed by the cleaning company if additional cleaning was required upon your departure. We will be happy to arrange more frequent cleanings, if desired, at your expense. All towels and linens are provided and available in the condo.

High Season Price : $1700 per Week

Discounts are available for consecutive multiple-week rentals. Higher rates apply for holidays and more than four persons in the unit. Upon reservation, an executed contract and security deposit will be required. Within 60 days of rental, 50% of the rental amount plus 10% state/county taxes will be required. The remaining 50% will be due within 30 days of arrival date. If reserved less than 60 days prior to arrival date, 100% will be due. The security deposit will be refunded after cleaning bill reflecting normal charges (paid by owners) has been received. Any additional charges would be deducted from the security deposit prior to return. Cancellation policies are outlined in the contract. We do not sell travel insurance but it is available on the internet.
