Vacation Rental Description
This condo is for rent by the MONTH ONLY. The unit has been newly renovated with all new kitchen new appliances and cabinets. Both bath rooms have been completely redone and the master bath has a walk in shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin size beds. Both bed rooms have patio doors which exit on to the balcony. The living room also has a set of patio doors that exit to the balcony. The condo is fully equipped so just bring your clothes and move in. We have three tv's. each bedroom has one and the living room. The dining room will seat 6-8 people very comfortably.  
The building itself is fully storm shuttered with 19 floors. Parking for cars is both underground and above ground for tenants and visitors. The swimming pool is large and it has many chairs etc for sunbathing. Direct access to the beach is in the pool area. By walking up and down the beach you have access to hotels, restaurants, shopping and night life. By car Naples Fl. is a short 20 minute drive. Marco Island itself has many many greats eating places and restaurants.
