Our beachfront condo is located on the beach providing some of the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. Owners live nearby and take personal care of the unit & their guests. The unit is perfectly clean and updated constantly & this has resulted in many retuning guests each year. Since no rental agents are involved, we are able to provide the best rental prices on the beach. The unit is completely furnished and all linens and other items are provided. The oversized balcony provides the greatest views of the Gulf and everglades Islands. Unit sleeps 4, with Queen bed in master bedroom and queen sofa in living room. Full kitchen with all appliances. The building has a restaurant, large lobby, pool, tennis courts and state of the art Gym. Building conveniently located within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, theater, golf, boating & so much more.
