The unit is perfectly clean and updated constantly & this has resulted in many retuning guests each year. Since no rental agents are involved, we are able to provide the best rental prices on the beach. The unit is completely furnished and all linens and other items are provided. Hi Speed internet free. 
 
The oversized balcony provides the greatest views of the Gulf and everglades Islands. Unit sleeps 4, with Queen bed in master bedroom and queen sofa in living room. Full kitchen with all appliances, granite countertops. 
 
The building has a restaurant, large lobby, pool, tennis courts and state of the art Fitness Center. Building conveniently located within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, theater, golf, boating & so much more.
