Turtle Bay Condos on beautiful Manasota Key, the jewel of the Florida south coast barrier islands.A small and delightful enclave of only eight lovely Old Florida style two-bedroom units, with lanais, individual washer & dryer, propane BBQ grill and our own security encrypted high-speed wireless plus ultra fast Ethernet connections, available in all units and common areas.
Just 40 minutes south of Sarasota; less than an hour north of Fort Myers (South Florida International Airport) and 80 minutes south of Tampa International Airport; we are easy to get to and very hard to leave.
With Lemon Bay at our private dock for your boating or fishing pleasure, our lovely pool surrounded by mature coconut palms and lush tropical landscape and the uncrowded gulf sands of the six-mile Englewood beach virtually at your doorstep via our beach access, Turtle Bay Condos is your island paradise that you will surely come to time and time again.
Take a short walk south to the newly developed facilities of the main beach or to gulf view restaurants featuring fine foods and of course, the famous and gorgeous south Florida sunsets.

Facilities
Our units are all fully furnished including extras such as a toaster, blender, iron & ironing board, coffee maker, beach towels & chairs. Our guests stay anywhere from 3 days to 3 months. We pride ourselves on immaculate units. Each condo has their own lanai and washer and dryer. 32" Flat Screen LCD HDTV with expanded cable and DVD player in Living Room 19" Flat Screen LCD HDTV with expanded cable in Master Bedroom
Activities
We have a total of four buildings, each with an upper and lower unit. We have a private dock to either leave your boat or fish off of. The beach is located directly across the street and there are restaurants just minutes down the road. There is not a reason to get in your car! Manasota Key is a sleeper area and not crowded. But Englewood is just minutes away for your shopping and necessities. Movies, local theater, golf, charter fishing are all close to Turtle Bay Condos.

We are located on the beautiful island of Manasota Key. There is water on both sides of the island - Lemon Bay and the Gulf. Our condos have a private easement to the beach - a private dock for your boat or fishing - plus you can walk to the restaurants!

Our units range from $675 to $1,350 depending on season and availability. We try to be flexible on arrival dates to fit the needs of our guests and request a 3 day minimum. We will do 2 days if we have availability. Unit 1-D, an upper unit, has two baths and is an additional $75 per week. We ask for a $200 refundable damage deposit with all bookings. We will consider a pet in Unit 1-A on a case by case basis and the deposit would be $300. We accept all methods of payment. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival; we will not charge a cancellation fee if we are able to fill your unit. If reservation is made months in advance, $200 - $500 deposit is requested to hold the unit depending on length and season
