Fabulous property, ideally situated for those who like to holiday away from the hype of Disney etc but close enough to visit. The house was very well appointed with everything one needs to be comfortable. All amenities very close and for those who like golf there are some very good courses within 5 - 30 minutes from the house. This house is very suitable for couples, families or older people. Four of us (two older couples) shared this home for a month and it was spacious enough for us to live comfortably without intruding on each couples space. The four of us highly recommend this rental.

We stayed in this property for 16 nights during Nov 2012 (2 adults aged 52)and the photos don't do it justice, its bigger than we expected and everything you need is provided. The area is quiet which means your time around the pool is relaxing and you're not bothered by traffic or other noise. The kitchen is fully equipped and the great room has new furniture and a new large screen TV making the house very comfortable and practical in every sense. Our stay went without a hitch, all the arrangements were simple & aimed to make your stay trouble free. We had a wonderful time staying in Fort Myers, the location of the house makes it very easy to explore the area and with shops, & restaurants close by its very easy to settle in. We thought this house was fabulous & hope to return again
Who are we?
We are a retired IT Manager and Headteacher, who enjoy travelling to new places and wanted to have a couple of bases we could enjoy. We had been to Florida, several times to Fort Myers and enjoyed it so much, we chose to buy a home there. We realise that other folks also enjoy the area, judging from our repeat bookings. We visit our home once a year to check everything is OK and it is managed by Universal Vacations, who also manage the Fort Myers homes in the Virgin brochure
Recently we have also bought an apartment in Paphos, Cyprus. We choose Cyprus because of the yearly temperatures, the friendly Cypriot people and it was a place we could retire to later. Our apartment is managed by AWC in our absence.
We do not have unlimited resources, so to keep our homes abroad we have to share them with other people. We try to keep our homes clean, comfortable and reasonably priced, so others can enjoy them too.
