The property is just 2 hours from both Miami and Tampa and 20 minutes from SW Florida international airport. The miles and miles of long sandy beaches are a 15 minute drive away. Golf is readily available with no fewer than 30 courses within 25 minutes of the home. Disneyworld and Orlando is a 2 1/2 hour drive away.

£150 deposit required on booking - refundable up to 6 weeks prior to arrival. The balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by check (funds need to clear before arrival so 10 days minimum reqd), or bank online transfer. Pool heat is a further £60 p.w. if reqd (there is solar heating as standard)
