Vacation Rental Description
This rental is for a beautiful, comfy, cozy, manufactured home near some of Florida's top ten beaches! We are located 4 miles from Fort Myers Beach, and 5 miles the tropical, natural Sanibel/Captiva Islands. Very close by is a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, banks, everything to conveniently service your needs. The beaches provide more shopping and all kinds of water sports as well as relaxation in the sun.  
Our rental has two bedrooms and two full baths. There is additional sleeping on the pull out couch. There is also a huge, tiled, enclosed lanaii. There is a nice open kitchen and a washer and dryer.  
We love animals and welcome them as long as we can preapprove them.  
We do not allow smoking inside the rental.

    We require a 20% deposit to hold the rental. Paypal is the preferred method of payment, but we will accept a money order or cashier's check thru the mail We will not hold the rental without a deposit. Deposit will be returned up to thirty days before rental period. Balance is due on or before arrival date. There is a onetime cleaning fee of $50.00
