Sunroom has a small work station, new couch and chair and new 27" TV/DVD/VCR.     • Home is situated on the end of a 400yd. canal with direct gulf access.Large dock is great for relaxing or fishing. Rental kayaks are available and it would be very easy to take in and out of water.You will see iguanas,otters, herons and egrets on a regular basis. I've seen a pair of bald eagles twice. I can give you plenty of information on fishing conditions and local guides are available that will pick you up from the dock. Golf,shopping,dining and beaches are a few minutes away.Sanibel is 5 miles and Ft. Myers Beach is 7 miles.The house has 3 new tv's, high speed internet access, new appliances and top quality linens. Master bedroom has a Craftmatic queen and other two rooms have 2 singles and a queen size bed. New patio and 12 x 12 lanai installed June 2011. New sod, walkway and irrigation system.
