Located in the Fort Myers Lee-County area of Florida it takes approximately 20-30min Florida's most beautiful beaches like Ft.Myers Beach, Bonita Beaches, Naples-Vanderbilt Beach, Lover's Key and many more. Convenient located 15 minutes from Ft.Myers International airport. Sanibel and Captiva are about 30 min away. There are also numbers of public 18-holes-golf courses in the area. We have 'snow birds' but we also welcome families, groups, newlyweds and retired couples, and of course, anyone longing for the privacy and convenience that only a vacation rental can offer.

We have a rate of $90 per night based on 2 Person.

We must receive a personal check, or payment by credit card of the 1. payment within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is received dates are officially reserved. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days to prior to check in. The booking will be cancelled for non payment. A $300 security deposit will be mailed back to you after departure.
