Vacation Rental Description
Our Water Front condo is a 2 Bed Room 2 bath condo. It is about 1400 sq ft with a spectacular view of San Carlos Bay. 
The master bed room has a King size Bed and a TV. The master Bed Room has direct access to the Lanai with Great Bays Views. The guest bed room has 2 twin beds and a TV. We have a full, updated kichen with Washer/Dryer, Microwave and 
Coffee Maker. WE have a Computer Desk with Free High Speed Internet. 
 
You can Watch Dolphins from the Lanai overlooking San Carlos Bay and The Sanibel Island Causeway. Wake up to the sounds of the serf. Watch the never ending Boating and the great Sunsets in the evenings. We have a private beach 
with Free use of Beach Furniture. 
 
Our Sanibel Harbour Condominium is located at the Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa. A Four Star Resort located on the Intracoastal Waterway. The Resort has 6 Pool, 4 Hot Tubs, Tennis Courts and a Large Fishing Pier. The Resort has 3 Restaurants,2 pool bars and a Dinner Cruise Luxury Ship. It also has a a newly renovated Spa and Fitness Center. 
 
Recent Updates include New Living Room and Patio Furniture. A 36 inch HDTV and Free High Speed Internet. 
 
For the fishermen there is a Fishing Pier with Cleaning Station. There is NO fishing License required. You can buy 
bate and rent fishing poles at the Resort.

    We have an Updated condo with Spectacular views of San Carlos Bay.

    We are Jim and Jean Way from Chanhassen, Minnesota. We purchase our unit in January of 1998. We very much enjoy the Spectular views of San Carlos Bay and Sanibel Island to the Southwest. We get a Sunset every evening.

    We are members of the Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa Marriott Club. The membership provides our guest excess to the Resort many amenities such as the Fitness center and the Pro Tennis Counts. There are also Great restaurants and a Pool side bar and Grill. the Resort also has a Dinner Cruise Boat, The SHR Princess used for Brunch and Dinner Cruises.

    Adventure Sports rents jet skies, power boats and keyaks. There is a Great Fishing Pier. We have fishing equipment in the unit. You do not need a fishing license at the Resort.
