Main floor has a bedroom with two twin beds and full bath. There are two triple sliding doors that open from the family room and dining room making for a great feeling of spaciousness. 
 
In the fall of 2004, this unit was completely remodeled from floor to ceiling! Each floor has a separate heating/air conditioner and water heater. The separate water heaters are great when a number of people are trying to get ready to go out at the same time. 
 
Unit's second floor has two spacious master bedroom suites with TVs. They both have triple sliders that open to a shared 230-square-foot lanai. Both have full baths and one has a king-size bed with powder area and walk-in closest. The other has a queen-size bed and two large closets.

PAYMENTS: To hold requested dates, one-half of the monthly amount is due with a signed lease. The other half is due 60 days prior to check in date. The taxes and security deposit are due 30 days prior to check in date. PAYMENTS: Checks only. SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1,000 refundable deposit. CANCELLATION: If it is necessary to cancel your reservation, deposits will be forfeited unless (1) written notice of such cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, and (2) All prepaid amounts will be retained as liquidated damages. Deposits will be returned to you, subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee, if we are successful in rebooking the unit for the full term and at the same /rate of your reservation. You can purchase travel/trip insurance.
