Vacation Rental Description
This is a two bedroom, two bath condo built by Pulte Homes in a secure gated community. Its completion date was July of 2005. It has a nice waterfront view and is located within a beautiful golf community in Ft. Myers, Florida. Colonial Country Club boasts a championship 18 hole Troon golf course with all the country club amenities. It is approximately 10 miles from Ft. Myers Southwest Florida Regional Airport and about one mile east of I–75. It is about a half hour drive from Ft. Myers Beach and 45 minutes from Sanibel and Captiva Islands.  
 
The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The den has a queen size sofa sleeper, and the great room has a full size sofa sleeper. Both the master and guest bedrooms have large walk-in closets.  
 
The golfer will be thrilled with this beautiful 18 hole golf course. The clubhouse includes two state-of-the-art exercise rooms, a large pool and jacuzzi area, tennis courts with both golf and tennis pro shops, massage rooms, meeting rooms, and a wonderful restaurant.  
 
Each neighborhood has its own pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts to compliment the community pool and courts. There is a wonderful preserve onsite with trails for walking, jogging, and biking.  
 
A transfer fee of $212 will provide the renter with a social membership to the country club. This gives full access to the clubhouse, exercise rooms, tennis courts, and restaurant. This is not a golf membership, but greens fees are deeply discounted for social members. Fees range from $25 offseason to $75 in-season. 
 
Besides golf, tennis, the pool, and jacuzzi, Ft. Myers offers great beaches, shopping, and entertainment. Naples is 30 minutes south and the Everglades isn't much further than that.

This property is available for a minimum period of one month by our association guidelines.  
 
December through March - $2900  
November and April - $2100  
May through October - $1400  
 
An 11% Florida and Lee County sales tax is paid by the renter. The $212 social membership transfer fee is paid by the renter.

    • Each bedroom has a TV and the great room includes a wide screen TV. The lanai looks out on a nice pond and includes furnishings and a ceiling fan. There is a covered car port and a storage room at the condo. The pool and jacuzzi are shared by our condo community and are right down the street.

    • This is a tennis and golf community so both activities are on-site. This is a championship golf course with lots of challenging holes. There are lighted courts at different locations in the community including Har-Tru professional courts at the clubhouse. There is a nature center five minutes from the community and numerous shopping areas and restaurants. The physical fitness rooms are wonderfully equipped and accessible to all social and golf members. There is a dinner theatre a few minutes from the community.
