    *Rental reservation must be prepaid in full. Add Local Taxes on rental a total of 11 percent to be prepaid. Cleaning service fee of $500 to be prepaid. All reservation cancelled within 60 days of arrival date receive a full refund less $100. All reservation-cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date receive a 50% refund less $100. All reservation cancelled less then 14 days before arrival date are NON refundable. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival and owners rent the unit for the days of you original stay owners refund 50% of your deposit. 3 weeks after departure my damage deposit will be returned to renter(s) minus any amounts owed for damages done to unit, units contents and/or any inventory missing from this unit.
