Safe, quiet and fully renovated, mine is probably the nicest and close to the beach. No roads to cross or traffic hassles. Parking outside the door. A porch to watch the sunset over The Gulf.

Endless sand, lovely waters of the Gulf. A short stroll along the beach to Times Square yet far enough away for privacy. Enjoy Sanmibel and Captiva Islands a short drive away. Visit great shops, shows, restaurants and activities including golf, fishing, boating. The beach is wonderful. Drive from Miami, 120 miles or Tampa 90 miles. Naples is 30 minutes drive, as is Ft Myers airport. We can arrange your pick up / return and advise on most activities. There are 12 villas, mainly rented to 50+ vacationers, no steps, a view of the sea from the porch.

Low Season Price : $490 High Season Price : $770 per Week
In season, Thanksgiving through April is around $700 a week. Off season is around $500. SPECIAL RATES FOR LONG TERM. Normally there are 11% taxes included. We send an agreement, you sign and return a $200 deposit and pay the balance in US dollars on arrival. A $100 security deposit is negotiable. We want you to enjoy your stay and are sure that you will look after our little piece of paradise. No need to do washing prior to leaving, we will clean when you leave. Late check out OK if noone is coming in that day. Sorry, no pets, and non smoking. Not ideal for small children.
