This beautiful second floor poolside condo is 1350 square feet. The condo includes 2 bedrooms that sleeps 6: 1 king bed, 2 twin beds & 1 queen sleeper sofa; 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining / living area, washer & dryer, and a screened lanai facing the pool. The condo is available for rent MARCH 6 – 13, 2010 / SATURDAY – SATURDAY FOR $1100.00 US FUNDS.

The resort has a large heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, tiki bar, gas grills, exercise room, and bicycles. Tropical Sands resort is ideally located 3½ miles from Times Square, in the “quiet area” across the street from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Fort Myers Beach (FMB) is a seven-mile island relaxed beach town that is Southwest Florida's top resort for sun, fun and sand. FMB attracts water sport enthusiasts year round. Popular activities include jet-skiing, windsurfing, parasailing and boating. The near constant temperatures make almost every day a day at the beach.
