Vacation Rental Description
The recently refurbished spacious Riviera Villas have two good sized bedrooms, two baths, a fully functioning kitchen, a laundry area in each unit, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. In the master bedroom, there is a queen sized bed and there are two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The floors are all 18" white tile. The property is fully furnished with sheets, towels, pots, pans, glassware and small appliances so all a vacationer needs is their clothes and they can move in and feel like they're home.
We offer satellite TV and free wi-fi to enjoy in our comfortable living areas.
To the front of the property overlooking the gulf is a lanai where vacationers can dine or enjoy cocktails. In the back, we have a landscaped sitting area with a BBQ grill. We offer one parking spot per guest.
Your Riviera Villas beach vacation rental is equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway. We even supply a complimentary "starter" kit of toilet paper and bath soap, and there is no extra charge for supplied linens. We also do not charge a cleaning fee.

And, you're just one block away from vibrant Times Square, the heart of the beach, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightlife and purchase fresh-from-the-Gulf seafood to prepare in the nicely equipped kitchen.
Travel Options
- Travel Info: The public beach, Lynn Hall Memorial Park and the famous Fort Myers Beach Fishing Pier are all just a stroll across the street. There are too many good restaurants and cafes to mention within walking distance of the Villas, but Doc's is worth a special mention.
If you're inclined to stop by a fresh seafood market and cook at home, there is a supermarket about 6 blocks away.
Attention, sports enthusiasts! Volleyball nets are available or you can rent wave runners, go parasailing, jet-skiing or Hobie-Catting. Try your luck fishing off the pier (gear is available onsite) and laugh at the pelicans who enjoy hanging out here. You'll also find many outdoor cafes from which to watch the world go by, plus a playground to keep the kids occupied.
When you're ready to venture out and explore the rest of the island, you can use the convenient municipal buses or take the 25-cent island trolley. In nearby Fort Myers, you can visit the Edison Ford Estates, the historic downtown district and the many nature parks and water attractions.
