The pool is situated with BOTH master bedrooms opening out onto the lanai area. The pool/lanai area is bathed in sun all day long, with the roof overhanging portions of the lanai providing shade while enjoying watching children play in the pool. This expansive lanai features two outdoor dining areas & gas grill for afternoon repast or Twilight dinners. The pass-through from the kitchen to the lanai makes serving a breeze.  
As an added bonus, the bubbling hot spa provides relaxation and restoration after a hard day of play.

The interior of the home boasts 2400 square feet of living space. This offers a huge open floor plan. The super-sized living room area has one wall of stone fireplace. Plenty of space in the dining area as well ~~ you can easily seat 8+ around the table. A wall of glass sliders open from the dining area to the outdoor living area for magnificent view of the canal and Bay, and brings lots of light in the home.  
The kitchen also faces the outdoor living area. Appliances include a larger than average refrigerator, double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal. Washer and dryer are located in separate area.  
 
The wrap-around effect is anchored on each end with good sized Master Bedrooms, both opening with expansive sliding glass doors. Both Master Bedrooms feature King beds. Sleeping quarters are completed with bedroom #3 having 2 twin beds, and #4 a Queen bed. We also include a pack n play for toddlers.
