Vacation Rental Description
This is a newly remodeled Luxury Suite. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, King size pillowtop bed with Comphy Co linens (used in Ritz Carlton and 5 Star resorts) All new furniture, paint, flooring, cabinets, fixtures. Everything you need for a peaceful, fun, adventurous holiday. Fully stocked kitchen, just bring your cloths and food. Linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbreallas and coolers are here waiting for you. There are two lanais, one on the front and one on the back, the living room, bedroom and kitchen has 6 foot sliding doors that open completly to the outside so you feel like to are in fact outside, the screened in lanais give you privacy from neighbors. This suite has been professionally decorated and you will feel like you are in your home away from home.  
 
We are installing a lagoon style pool in early summer to be completed by June 2010. Each suite has a bar-b que and washer and dryer.

Other check in days will be subject to additonal 100.00 per week surcharge. Pets ok with prior approval and additional pet fee. Cleaning fee is 75.00 Local tax is 11%.

    I was able to visit Fort Myers Beach in 1994 and fell in love with it. I knew if I ever had the chance to move here I would.

    Being a catastrophe adjuster, when hurricane Charley hit I was deployed here for work, bought this home with 4 suites and went to work renovating the damages from the hurricane. All of the work was done by myself and my partner at nights and on weekends. Lots of hard work and sweat equity went into creating a luxury villa with 4 individual suites.

    You will find the comforts of home but yet surrounded by luxury. My goal is you will wake up every morning in linens found only at 5 star resorts, you will only force yourself to get out of bed because you know the beautiful sugar white sand waiting to have your feet buried in, face the sun and a beautiful ocean breeze.
