a fantastic home directly on the beach with a heated pool (in season) and just steps to the Gulf waters from the deck or pool deck. You can't get any closer on the beach or gulf than this. 
great shelling beach and great walking beach ( biking as well) 
home is 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three of the four bedrooms have their own private en-suite full bath. 
the 4th bedroom uses a common hall full bathroom. 
house is completely furnished with everything you might need for your vacation....please bring your own swimming apparel. 
this is a very comfortable one level home that was completely re-furbished in 2004. The 45 ft deck overlooking the pool and beach area gives you a perfect front row seat almost any morning for the frolicking dolphins that are just several feet offshore playing like a group of kids on holiday. A very enjoyable thing to watch having morning coffee/tea on the deck. 
several restaurants are within short walking distance from the home, as well as a local quick mart, and the local movie theater.

You are on the Beach !!! whatever you care to do....it is here on Ft Myers Beach - rent a wave runner, walk the beach for 7 miles uninterupted, fish right from the edge of the Gulf waters, swim ( pool or surf), fly kites (expansive wide open beach area), rent a sailboat, rent a bicycle to pedal the lenghth of the island (7 miles), parasail, deep sea fishing, charter boats at the marina. In addition, there is a free trolley that stops one block from the house to take you north or south on the island. at the main marina, there is a high speed ferry that will take you to Key West in 2 1/2 hours. in the evening there is a casino / dining cruise ship that goes out for four hours - gambling and dining. local shrimp docks have daily catches - fresh fish and shrimp rent a kayak for $10/hr and paddle the bay and cruise with the dolphins and manatees.

				High Season Price:	$3,500 per Week

we ask for a 25% deposit to secure any reservation for the time you require. Weekly rentals are our minimum. we accept private checks/ bank transfers/ and credit cards all balances for reservations are due 30 days before your scheduled arrival at our beach house. we also ask for a $500 refundable security deposit, that is returned in total if there are no damages or extreme cleanings that need to be done on the property at the end of your rental. We charge a weekly rental rate, plus 11% florida taxes ( 5% state and 6% county bed tax), and a $175 cleaning fee. rental rates: low season: April 30 to June 15, Sept 1 to Dec 15 (except Thanksgiving week - 3rd wk in Nov) $2600/wk summer season: June 15 to Sept 1 $2900/wk winter season: Jan 5 to April 30 $3250/wk holiday season: Dec 15 to Jan 4, and Easter week $3500/wk
