One of finest luxury homes on Ft Myers Beach. The home has level entrance from the driveway to access the 1st level hallway of the home. There are three bedrooms and two baths on the 1st level along with a game room consisting of a pool table/ game tables/ wetbar/ and entertainment center. There are also two couches in this game room that can be used as sleep sofas - creating a sixth bedroom. There is also a full laundry facility on this level. All bedrooms on this level (two queen BR's and one bedroom with two twin beds- one of the queen bedrooms also has a small child room connected with a crib and twin bed in it) open out to the pool thru a screened lanai that has childproof latches to prevent access to the pool area. Beyond the lanais is a deck with dining area including BBQ grill and a heated pool and spa. There are plenty of lounges and chairs for everyone in the group to enjoy the scenic pool area or dining area. Just beyond the fenced pool area is a private 175 ft pier that goes out into Estero bay for excellent fishing from the pier, or rent a boat at one of the local marinas for a supreme fishing excursion in some of the back bay areas or out into the Gulf waters. Fishing is excellent almost anytime or season. 
 
The second level has a master bedroom suite with steam shower room/ dual dressing closets/ private laundry room/ and private lanai off the king bedroom. There is also a second bedroom on this level that is another queen bedroom. 
In addition, the center of this 2nd level contain a formal dining room, 30ft fully equipped kitchen with island/ breakfast bar/ and small dining table, and a 30ft fireplaced living room with entertainment center/ couches/ lounger along with a screened lanai that opens out from the living room with three sets of french doors to overlook the inviting pool area. 
 
The house is all central air conditioned. All linens/ towels/ and bedding are provided and set up for immediate use upon arrival. There are two laundry centers in the house should you need cleaning during your stay. At the end of stay all linens will be taken care of by the housekeeping staff. If you want occassional housekeeping during your stay, this can be arranged but at additional expense. 
 
There is also a two car garage for parking out of the hot sun conditions. Located in the side yard is a flood lit shuffleboard court. The wonderful white sandy beach of Ft Myers Beach is located a short 400 yards from the house at the opposite end of the street. There is parking there if needed, but it is really a short walk to the beach accesss. A local trolly is also available for public transport ( free for tourists) that will take you north or south on the 7 mile island. There are several shopping plazas and excellent restaurants throughout the island.

There are wonderful beach parks that offer a number of tours thru the natural habitats of the local animals. Ding Darling reservation (information - Google), Manatee tours, and kayak tours on the Gulf or back bay with the dolphins are always popular. There is a major museum of the Edison foundation with things that were developed in Thomas Edisons winter home with Firestone and Henry Ford in Ft Myers

25% deposit is required to secure a reservation - bank transfer/ private check / or credit card all balances are due 30 days before arrival.
