DABEACH HOUSE 1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Your tropical oasis awaits you at DaBeach House 1. Vibrantly decorated, three bedroom, two bath, air conditioned, ranch home will having you at ease in your surroundings. DaBeach House 1 is appointed with a cozy furnishing package designed to meet the expectations of those with a discerning eye for the finest in comfort. Best of all, you'll find that DaBeach House 1 is only steps (across street) from the sugar-sand beachfront and lapping tides of the Gulf of Mexico.

With an open floor plan and plenty of living area, you can easily relax in the comfy living space bordered with a view of the Gulf. Create a feast in the fully equipped kitchen and serve it to the hungry masses in the adjacent dining area.

The interior of DaBeach House 1 is decorated in the colorful tonal hues and patterns of the tropical south Florida Gulf islands including imported ceramic tile flooring.

DABEACH HOUSE 1- BEDROOM DESCRIPTIONS:
The 3 sleeping quarters offer bed space for six occupants. 2 Sofas (NOT sleepers)could be used if necessary.

MASTER BEDROOM: The Bamboo Room master suite is a masterpiece of comfort. Our visitors slumber peacefully in the queen sized memory foam DREAM bed and adjoining private ensuite bath with dual vanities and walk in shower with dual shower heads.

GUEST ROOM 1: Our Palm Isle room is decorated with tropical inspiration and styling. As the natural light fills the space, it brings a well known south Florida smile to your face. Two guests can tranquilly sleep in the new and cozy queen sized bed.

GUEST ROOM 2: This room is outfitted for two guests who will find rest each night on the comfortable memory foam double bed.

DaBeach House 1 also offers the conveniences of private laundry room facility.

There's no need to leave the property for fun and games either. Challenge your friends to a game of beach volleyball in the backyard court! Salute the day by an evening of relaxation in the heated swimming pool. Bring or rent your poles and fish from the dock.

Don't want to drive? Cabs are plentiful or Hop on the Beach Trolley at the stop on the main boulevard and you can explore a wide variety of retail shops, local tourism sites and eateries that Estero Island has to offer. The trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs.

Got a pole? Fishermen and fisherwomen can try their hand at catching the local sea life from the backyard dock and deck area. Charter or bring your vessel, and explore the many mangroves in Estero Bay or set your unobstructed course for the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

If you are a land-lubber, take your toes for a stroll along the seven coastal miles of sugar-sand beaches or rent a bicycle and hit the bike path.

LIVING THE ISLAND LIFE
Up for an adventure? If you go out and about, both homes are centrally located on Estero Island. Just three short miles from Bowditch Point Park on the northern tip of Fort Myers Beach, both homes is part of the tranquil and serene neighborhood of Holiday Heights. Our guests can enjoy the quiet and still be close to all the action of Times Square. Charter boats, jet skis and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day or night out on the Casino boat or a day trip on the Key West Ferry. Music fisherman can "catch" up-and-coming local artists at one of the many beach taverns or actually participate in various karaoke sessions offered locally.

Low Season Price : $875
High Season Price : $2800 per Week

Additional Costs

1. Rental rate subject to 11% FL state tax
2. All rentals require $150 cleaning fee
3. All rentals require $750 refundable security deposit
4. No dates are guaranteed without signed rental agreement and deposit on file.
5. If arrival is over 30 days, 50% deposit is required with balance due prior 30 days prior to arrival.
6. If arrival is within 30 days, full balance is due at time of reservation.

No Personal Checks accepted. Acceptable forms of payment are (1) Money Order, (2) Cashier Check, (3) Wire Transfer ($15 fee), (4) credit cards through PayPal (3% PayPal transaction fee)
In the event of cancellation for any reason:
1. if arrival is over 30 days, all monies returned less $100 processing fee.
2. if arrival is less than 30 days and all monies are on deposit, $750 deposit and $150 cleaning fee will be returned but not rental rate unless rebooked.
