    • This is a one bed, one bath home, covered parking, storeage shed with everything included, even bikes. Century 21 is a safe, gated community of 300 manufactured homes, some up to 1500 square feet, all beautifully maintained and individual, owned mainly by 'snowbirds', Americans and Canadians who come South for the Christmas season. May thru October, C21 is 50% occupied so very quiet and you often have the huge pool to yourself. You can enjoy golf, sports, cycling, clubhouse activities and outings including organized cruises and trips. The landscaping is immaculate, C21 has the perfect ambience for seniors. The social committee organizes activities and events, dances etc. I bought my home there then re-married so have moved closeby but am keeping Century 21. My wife's parents have a home in the park to stay during season. Ideal rental is month to month. Ft Myers airport (RSW) is half hour away, we can help with your transport too.
