Whether sunning on your private balcony (with table and chairs and recliner) or enjoying the 85-degree, Olympic-size pool (never full) and Jacuzzi overlooking the water, outdoor dining area with free gas grills, plus a private beach with chairs and umbrellas (always available) where you can relax in the sun, socialize, or play with water toys. You do not have to GO anywhere to truly relax - it is all right here. Yes, you can have your own boat or jet ski here, anchor it by the beach, and will be able to watch it from this unit.

Your beach front restaurant (Flippers) is available 500 feet from your door and many others are nearby. Should you want to mix with the "Times Square" crowd or tourist beach crowd, a quick 25-cent trolley will take you there faster than you can drive, stops everywhere, and saves the $10 parking fee in some of the busier areas during peak tourist periods. The trolley stops on the street in front of the complex to take you directly to Fort Myers or Bonita Springs cities, beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

All units are NOT EQUAL! This has the absolute best unobstructed views from Lover's Key, offers the best privacy, and was remodeled in 2005-2008 and includes extensive artwork from Peter Max and others. The entire building has been totally upgraded and is 100% owner-managed with lots of friendly people. Note: There are coolers, fishing equipment, rafts, games, and toys to keep everyone busy. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony with the door closed and NO pets, sorry. This unit has a floor-to-ceiling wood-folding curtain which allows separating the large sleeping areas at night, for additional privacy, in case you have others using the queen-size hide-a-bed.
