Plus it's warm tropical waters are home to dolphins, manatees, sea turtles and star fish, and a variety of topical birds. There is a heated swimming pool, great shelling and fishing; a golf course just up the street, and shopping, restaurants and recreational activities within walking distance.  
 
Our 'home away from home' offers a breath taking view of the Gulf from the living room and master, a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, high speed wireless internet access, and everything you'll need for your dream vacation! RATES: Dec 22, 2007 - March 30, 2008 . . . . . . . .$1500 wk March 30 - May 2, 2008 . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$900 wk May 2 - Dec 20, 2008 . . . . . . . .$ 750 wk Plus $125 cleaning/booking fee; 11% tax; $300 security deposit. A $400 booking deposit and the $300 security deposit are due at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. Refunds are given ONLY if the property can be re-rented at the same price. Travel insurance is available. No pets; No smoking; No rentals to persons under 25 years of age.
