The location of the condominium is on the southern tip of Ft. Myers Beach. The area is very peaceful with the natural beauty of Lover’s Key State Park. There is a private beach for your enjoyment. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for you at no extra cost.  
Our condo is tastefully decorated with new carpeting and furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped. 
There is a dining/living area with splendid views, a large private bedroom with a king sized bed, and a spacious bathroom with installed hair dryer. All you have to bring is your suitcase. 
You can relax with your favorite drink and watch the dolphins swim. More adventurous types can rent jet skis, pontoons, parasails and enjoy the waters of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Nature lovers can take a stroll on Lover’s Key State Park, which is located across the street. There is a large variety of birds, plants, seashells and walking trails. The natural beaches and lagoons will take you back in time, where you can explore to your heart’s content. There are kayak rentals available through the state park rental agency. There is a concession stand at the park to quench your thirst and hunger after a long day of exploring. 
You can swim in the heated pool or sit back in the hot tub. The grounds of the condo are beautifully landscaped with flowering tropical plants and palm trees. Gas grills are provided for you to grill your favorite food. You can enjoy your dinner on the waterfront patio watching the sunset on the Gulf. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem! Just hop on the trolley that stops in front of the condo; it cost just 25 cents. It will take you up and down Ft. Myers Beach. There are many restaurants to pick from. Choose from American, German, Italian, Greek cuisine, the list goes on. There are plenty of shops to buy that special someone a gift or take a souvenier home for yourself. There is outlet shopping, grocery stores, movie theaters, museums, zoos, and golf courses with-in miles of the condo.  
Your visit to the Gulf Coast will be a memorable one.

    		  Low Season Price: $550 per Week
      High Season Price: $900 per Week
         

    Payment Schedule: One Third of the total amount is due at time of confirming the reservation. Second payment equal to one third is due 90 days prior to arrival. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Note: We accept personal checks, traveler’s checks, cashiers checks or money orders. Credit Cards are only accepted for the first payment. The security deposit will be returned 6 weeks after the departure date of the lease with an accounting of any monies withheld. The pet fee is used to have the carpets professionally cleaned and sprayed for fleas and to correct any damages. ***Rates are slightly higher for holiday weeks.*** Check In / Check Out: Check In time is 3pm and Check Out time is 10am. Booking Policy: Your vacation costs include rent plus tax, nonrefundable $35 processing fee plus tax and the exit clean plus tax. The total tax for Lee County is 11% (state and local tax).
