Our condo is located at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. This beautiful PENTHOUSE one bedroom Gulfview Beach Front condo has a new fully equipped eat in kitchen, living room with queen size sofa bed, large bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath. All newly remodeled and updated with porcelain tile floors throughout the condo, new furniture in all the rooms and all new windows. From the balcony one can enjoy magnificent sunsets dissolving into the Gulf of Mexico each evening. Bird Lovers will enjoy all the different species of birds located in the nearby bird sanctuary. The many different sand bars right outside our doors become visible during low tide displaying a wide variety of shells just waiting to be picked up and admired. Guests will enjoy the on site clay tennis courts and heated swimming pool.

Our white sandy beaches provide some of the best sand for the annual sand scrupturing contest each year in November.
