Leonardo Arms Beach Club is located directly on the beach at the South End of Estero Island at the quiet end of Fort Myers Beach. Leonardo has private fishing pier and 700 feet of spectacular gulf frontage which offers glorious sunsets and an abundance of wildlife. Property has private fishing pier and 700 feet of spectacular gulf frontage This allows peaceful and interesting walks on the beach. A Gulf Course is located within 300 yards and boat rentals are within walking distance. Fine Dinning restaurants and enterainment as well as a shopping center and suppermarket are located close near by.  
 
Located just off the coast of Fort Myers, Fl is a 7 mile streach of sugar white sandy beach that has been ranked as the best family friendly beach in the southeast United States. Fort Myers Beach on Estero Island is known as the worlds safest beach with miles of white sandy beaches, topaz blue water and relaxing recreational options for everyone. The island is easily accesible by automobile from either side of the island. Activites include golf, swimming, sailing, fishing kayaking,scuba diving and snorkeling. Fort Myers beach also offers nature excursions, wave runners tours, dolphin cruses, as well as all tyes of boat rentals. Just south of Leonardo is Lover's key State Recreation Area which is known for its abundance of shells,is restricted to footpaths or tractor pulled tram thru a bird filled forest of mangrove trees. 
 
This unit is an end corner unit located on the 6th floor with views form all 3 sides. Enjoy cool sea breezes on the Lanai with views of the Gulf of Mexico and pool. Pool is heated to a warm 86 degrees and is located on ocean sid of complex. BBQ, laundry facuilty, shuffelboard on property. Full Kitchen and fully furnished. Two private baths.

    Pending reservation -- A $300 Reservation/Damage Depostit is due within 10 days of making reservation. Full rental payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 45 days full payment is due. Reservation will be cancelled if payment is not received by the due date. We accept checks,or credit cards with prior arangement. Rates subject to change prior to conformation and do not include 11% Fl room tax and $75 cleaning fee. Damage Deposit may be adjusted for damages or extra cleaning. Refund Policy Cancellation must be in writing 60 days prior to arrival, those less than 60 days will have payments forfited unless unit is rebooked. Cancelations will be subject to $50 administrative fee and all credit card fees. Check in 4:pm / Check out 10:00 AM we will make every effort to have your unit cleaned and ready for occupency prior to check in however during peak periods there might be a slight delay.
