Vacation Rental Description
This is a top floor corner unit facing directly on the beach. The Kitchen and Master vanity were totally remodeled in 2009. The comfortable lanai is open to the front and side providing views from Sanibel to Naples. Side windows make the large kitchen, living room and dining area light and airy. Magnificent sunsets and sunrises are available for enjoyment throughout the year. Right outside the door of the building are the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect for walking, biking, running, fishing, shelling, sand castle building or just relaxing in the sun. The gradual slope of the beach and the gentle surf make it the perfect wadding and swimming beach for all ages.
There is not a better location on the beach. Everything is close enough to be convenient but far enough away to enable quiet times when you choose. A super market is directly across the street and many churches, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues are near by. If the beach and pool on the property aren't enough, the municipal pool with a wonderful children's play area and lap lanes for the serious swimmer, is a block away. A nature preserve is within walking distance and the public beach/park and fishing pier are less than a mile away. And of course all of the amenities of Southwest Florida are a short drive or trolley ride away. including miniature golf, state and regional parks and preserves, gambling cruises, theatres and major league baseball spring training.
A queen-size bed is in the large masterbedroom. The guest bedroom
features two twin beds. A queen-size hide-a-bed is in the living room.

Sightseeing, Live Theater, Baseball and Museums in nearby Fort Myers area.

This condo is in the ideal beach location. It is right on the beach and close to the "action" but far enough away to enjoy peace and quite if you choose. Most ammenities are only a short walk away, including super market, library, playground, municipal pool, tennis, rec. center, restaurants, and more.

There is a $350.00 refundable Damage & Key Deposit. Rates do not include a 6% Florida State Sales Tax and a 5% Lee County Tax. Tenants may cancel 60 days or more prior to the commencement of the Rental. Upon such cancellation, Landlords may retain $100 of any amounts paid as a cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation with less than 60 days notice, Landlords may retain all amounts paid as an off set against any loss of net rentals for the rental term plus $100.00. We manage and take care of "your" vacation home.
This rental used to be our home until we moved nearby in early 2005. Since than we have had a number of people who stay with us year after year and think about our unit as theirs for the time they stay with us. We like that. We would like to make our rental unit your vacation home, also. We continue to upgrade the unit and keep it professionally cleaned for you. Since we live nearby, we handle everything from the rental paper work, to "check in" and "check out." If there are any questions, problems or issues during your stay, we are almost always there to take care of them immediately to your satisfaction. We have lived on the Beach for over 10 years and are happy to provide information on restaurants and attractions in the area. We hope you will decide to join us here in Paradise. We are certain you will enjoy your stay.
