Additional guests $10/person/night plus tax. A deposit of $225 (weekly rental) or $350 (monthly rental) is required to reserve the unit which includes the $25 administrative fee. For in-season rentals (12/15 - 4/30), 25% of the rent balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
