Welcome to Ft. Myers Beach! We have the perfect accommodations for you on  
the best part of the island! Everything you need is right at your fingertips.......... 
 
Located at the beginning of the sand bar, you are literally steps away from the  
widest part of the beach. Located next door to the Holiday Inn, our condo will  
provide you with great accommodations away from the congested area near the  
bridge. 
 
Everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable will be provided - from our  
fully equipped kitchen including serving utensils and dinnerware and microwave,  
to linens, towels, 3TVs, VCR, 2 DVDs, stereo, and more! 
 
Relax in the master bedroom on the king sized craft-matic adjustable bed while  
watching aTV with a DVD player. Enjoy the comfort of leather furniture in the  
living room while watching the 32" TV, or play cards at the large dining room  
table. 
 
While at Ft. Myers Beach, you can relax and listen to the surf; go next door to  
the bars and listen to the music, or take a walk across the street to Santini  
Plaza, where you will find 7 restaurants, including Coconuts, South Beach Grille  
and the Fish House Restaurant. A CVS drug store is across the street, and the  
grocery store is less than a mile away! 
 
The Ft. Myers Beach area has a lot to offer, with an executive golf course  
(under $30) nearby. Catch the Island Trollee for a tour or an easy way to get  
around the island. Maybe rent a boat or go fishing at the Marina across the  
street. Or you can go jet-skiing, parasailing or kayaking at Lover's Key. Also  
close by is the Key West Express boat for a trip to the Florida Keys. 
 
We ALSO provide beach chairs, oversize beach towels, and even a cooler! 
 
Relax at the patio table on the screened lanai in comfortable chairs, while  
enjoying a view of the heated pool. 
 
The condo was recently purchased, and has been totally redecorated and  
renovated. We have done our best to make it "your home away from home".

    $300 security deposit is required at time of booking to hold weekly accommodations, $500 per month for monthly rentals.....cashiers checks, money orders, personal checks are accepted for payment, and MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are accepted thru PayPal. This deposit is returned after keys have been returned to us and the condo has been inventoried and inspected for damage. Written notice of cancellation must be received sixty (60) days prior to scheduled arrival date. Termination of this contract will allow the lessor to keep $100 booking fee. If booking is cancelled less than sixty (60) days of scheduled arrival date, deposit is forfeited. Full payment of rental including Florida sales tax is due thirty (30)days prior to occupancy . No refunds 30 days or less.
